Design a logo for the website of a photographer.

Malte wanted a logo that portrayed his business and he needed it be: “very simple & minimal”. The logo should consist of the name and the word photography. He also requested to have it black or dark grey. The logo also had to be suitable for the web.

Variations and developement in vectorial. In this phase, I was mostly thinking about a logo that could be used as a favicon. For the letterform logo, my inspiration was the anciet alphabetic systems, an eye and photographic lens.

            LOGO APPLICATION

 With this projekt I understood that is not enough to read the brief of the client but it is necessary to ask the client some specific questions about his business, ask about his values, his personality and the target audience than need to be reached. In fact it is important to get to know how your costumers think, so you know what is appropriate for them. …So, after that, I went back to the first phase and focused on the key words:  very simple, &minimal.
